This place is very far from us so everytime we come in we make sure we need all we need from cleaner, filters and any other accessories we need in our machine we have our machine for 15 years it’s the best investment you will ever spend for your money. Staff is always very helpful. Always have a lot of parking space. Clean place and all the other information you’ll is accessible and they have some print out of paper to handout for their customer. Very helpful.

Overcharge on my credit!!! Try to steal extra money from customers. Be aware on payment plan. They will charge extra 1 or 2 month!!

Wonderful experience while purchasing another ionizer. Clean and serene space. Highly recommended. 9.5💧⚡️I want to give special recognition to Vivian and Rylan. The both were very kind and professional handling business. Rylan was an exceptional host giving me a tour of the facility and instructing me on the benefits of Kangen Water. Very disgusted with this company and their customer service. I ordered a $5279 machine that was never delivered. I cancelled the order requesting a refund, just to be told that they will not refund me until the order has been returned. Yet no one seems to know where this product is. They don’t follow up when they say they’re going to and I’m now sitting in limbo.

I went yesterday. I was nervous after reading these reviews but upon arrival I was greeted and treated with kindness and great customer service. They even went above and beyond to get me a loaner SD501 even though I didn't request one in advance. Made the hour drive down to Torrance worth it for sure. Love my Kangen water and happy I'm getting my unit deep cleaned. Thanks Enagic Torrance.

This kangen water system by far exceeded my expectations! My representative Omar has been extremely helpful with any questions I may have! The water is amazing, the options of having different PH options is what we were looking for! I would recommend this to anyone!
